Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7 business days.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking update via email regarding the shipping status of your order. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Verre is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

If the product received is defective or damaged, we will accept a return/exchange. Before shipping your return/exchange, please contact Verre via email or phone to request a return label. We accept all returns via USPS shipping to: 1728 Union St Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94123. Returns can take up to 4 weeks, and a full/partial refund can be expected within one billing cycle once the item(s) have been processed upon return.
